Interskate Self Storage – Auction Rules & Access Agreement
This form must be signed by the winning bidder upon completion of the auction.
1. Payment & Cleaning Deposit
Payment of the winning bid must be made via Venmo or Cash App before access to the unit is granted.

A $100 cleaning deposit is required and will be refunded within 48 hours after the unit is confirmed to be cleaned out.
A sales tax of 8.25% is to be added to the bid amount as per Texas state law.
2. Access to Unit
A 24-hour notice is required to schedule access to the unit.
Access is only permitted between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Buyers will have 48 hours to clean out the unit from the time of first access.
The facility’s lock will be removed at the start of the cleanout period. Please bring your own lock to secure the unit during this time.
The facility is not responsible for the contents of the unit during the cleanup period.
3. Facility Policies
No dumpster privileges are provided. All contents must be removed from the premises.
Once you notify us that the unit has been completely cleaned out, we will inspect the unit and return the $100 deposit within 48 hours if it meets requirements.
4. Main Gate Access
To access the main gate, call (469) 251-6255 at the time of your scheduled appointment.
